ORGANIC CARROTS
Organic carrots are deliciously sweet, enjoyable, and free of harmful pesticides, herbicides and fertilisers. It can be eaten raw, whole, chopped or grated into salads for colour, and are also often chopped and cooked in soups and stews. There is no need to peel, cut or even chop. A light rinsing is all that necessary to enjoy them.

Mid to bright orange skin and flesh
With fresh, bright colour tops removed; minimal remaining stalk no secondary roots
Firm with relatively smooth skin crisp and juicy, not yellowed or dry and wood; slightly sweet taste
For maximum shelf life, it is best kept at temperature between 1-3 degrees.
